Right now
Your receipt is in your inbox. Your provider-portal login has been created. The curriculum is unlocking β most modules are visible immediately, a few release on a cohort schedule.
Within 48 hours
You'll receive a welcome sequence from the AMIT clinical team with your cohort schedule, live session calendar, and a short intake form to align the practice side of your onboarding.
Weeks one & two
Open the Muscle Testing Techniques foundational module first. It's the prerequisite the regional modules assume. Expect to run your first supervised screen on a consenting existing patient inside this window.
The cohort window
Live cohort sessions with Dr. Buhler and the clinical team run on the published calendar. By the end of the window you'll be delivering the full protocol and the wellness pack cadence inside your own practice.

Open the foundational module.
Muscle Testing Techniques is the screen every regional module assumes you already know. It's short, it's dense, and it's the single highest-leverage block of time in the whole curriculum. Watch it this week.
Identify your first screen patient.
Pick a consenting existing patient with a chronic pattern β the "lifer," the one who's been on maintenance for years, the one whose presentation you've been treating in circles. That's who you'll screen first. You'll have supervision.
Join the provider channel.
The private provider channel is live from day one. Cohort questions, clinical edge cases, practice-integration conversations, protocol refinements β that's where they happen in real time. Lurking counts for the first week.
Your direct line into the program.
Once the curriculum is open, the fastest path for clinical questions is the provider channel β the rest of the cohort and the AMIT clinical team are reading it. For operations, billing, access, or anything administrative, email the program directly. We read every message and typically respond inside one business day.

A quiet note. The first two weeks in the curriculum change how most providers see their own patient list. That is the expected response. Lean into it β screen the patients you've been treating in circles, run the findings, and bring the questions to the cohort. That's where the fastest learning happens.
